E-mail Address
A valid e-mail address that belongs to you is required for registration. A valid e-mail address is important because it will be used by others to "Give" you a file and to notify you when someone has "Given" you a file. It will also be included in a notification to another user when you "Give" a file.
If the e-mail address is invalid, you will be prompted at a later login to provide a correct one.
An e-mail address can only be used by one ID in My Docs Online
If a registered user "Gives" a file to a non-user by specifying an e-mail address, the non-user will receive an e-mail notification with a link which can be used to directly access the file without registering. However, the non-user's e-mail address is reserved as a Temporary ID, and because of this it cannot be used in a normal registration. Instead, the non-user wishing to register should access the temporary file by following the link included in the notification e-mail and then use the Complete Registration button on that
page. This will allow the e-mail address of the Temporary ID to be
used.
>
If you wish to change your e-mail address you can do that by clicking on the
"My Account" link at on the Navigation Bar, which will bring you to your account "Control Panel".
Here you can change your e-mail address under the "Change E-Mail Address" section.
Simply type in your new e-mail address, and then click on the "Update" button.

Files From Others
If one or more users have "Given" you a file, a folder for each of these users will appear at the top of the Folder List, on the left side of the Folder View page, under "Files From Others", organized into folders named for each user who has "Given" you a file. These folders appear automatically when another user has given you one or more files. You do not need to create or delete folders in "Files From Others". The folders and files in this section are automatically deleted after 7 days unless the files are moved out of the "Files From Others" section.
When you click on a another user's ID under "Files From Others" in the Folder List to the left, the Folder Contents to the right will display the files that user has given you.

File and Folder Views and Lists
The Folder View page that is displayed after
login contains two important frames; the Folder List to the left
displays ALL your folders, including folders nested inside other
folders, as well as a "virtual" folder for each My Docs Online user
from whom you currently have a file that user has "Given" you.
The Enterprise files at the top of the screen contain all of the files that are available to anyone in your group. It also includes a public folder that can be made available to anyone outside of the group.
The Folder List is always present while you are logged in (except when
you are viewing the contents of certain types of files) and you can switch from folder to folder by clicking the folder name.
The Folder Contents frame to the right initially displays the list of files in the root of your My Docs Online file space. If you are switching from the previous, non-folder version of My Docs Online this is where ALL your files will be displayed, until you (optionally) move them to the folders you have created.
When you click on a different folder's name in the Folder List to the left, the Folder Contents to the right is updated.
Files that have been "Given" to you by other users ("Files From Others") are organized into folders named for each user who has "Given" you a file. These folders are "virtual" (in effect, not in fact), i.e., they appear and disappear dynamically based on whether another user has given you one or more files. You do not need to create or delete folders in "Files From Others".

the top of the screen. In the textbox next to "Rename" type the new
name of the file, then click the "Update" button. Please remember to
include the extension when renaming the file.

same steps above.

To create a folder simply click on the New Folder button at the left side of the file list screen, pick a destination for the folder (do you want it to be a sub-folder of My Files, or do you want it to be a sub-folder of another folder), and select a name for the folder. When you are ready click on the Create Folder button.
You can rename any folder in "My Files" by clicking the folder, then

Mac OS X supports WebDAV,
Goliath is available for MacOS 8.1 or higher,
