How It Works:

Each user (medical office, transcription company, individual transcriptionist) can have a unique ID, with its own permissions. Permissions are set by the Transcription Edition Administrator through the Administrator ID. Each user sees only the files and folders for which they have permission. Folder structure and permissions support your unique work flow and needs, allowing the upload of digital audio files, distribution to the transcriptionist, upload of completed documents, review, and timely delivery back to the customer.
